John is based in Wellington NSW and ideally placed to work in the LMWUA and Centroc areas of NSW. John has over 20 years experience working with both local and State Governments in NSW and has worked for 6 years in the Central West Region of NSW

 

John has wide experience in sustainability - including:

 

• Natural Resource Management and Program Implementation at State Government level

• working with councils and communities expanding community awareness, education and engagement

• overseeing and monitoring environmental projects as well as

• developing and leading diverse teams to achieve strong outcomes

 

John has also worked extensively with local government in the Hawkesbury Nepean Basin

(23 councils). John initiated and organised the first ratified agreement between a local government body and a Catchment Management Authority in NSW which opened doors for close collaboration between the two bodies.
